I recently spoke with boxing trainer Floyd Mayweather Sr. Big Floyd in a rather odd move went on the record and said that the 100 million dollars that his son Floyd Jr is asking for in order to fight Manny Pacquiao is, "Too much." Big Floyd talked about the ailing economy, and how he thought 100 million dollars was just too much to ask for.
During my conversation, Big Floyd once again held firm with his opinion that Manny Pacquiao is using steroids. He also said , "If the lawsuit pushes through there definitely will not be a fight with my son and Manny Pacquiao."
I asked Floyd Sr if he thought that the big fight would eventually happen, he responded, "It may be wishful thinking at this point. Both guys keep going up and up with things."
Pacquiao filed a lawsuit for slander against the Mayweathers, and recent reports say that he's fully planning on going forward with it. Read Full Story
