MANILA, Philippines – Looking forward to a bruising battle on May 7 in Las Vegas, Shane Mosley has a message to Manny Pacquiao.
“Be ready,” Mosley told the Bulletin on Wednesday (Tuesday in the US) from his snow-capped mountain training camp in Big Bear, California.
In an interview facilitated by Suzanne Summerville, Mosley’s Filipino-American publicist, the highly-accomplished Mosley said he is raring to get in the ring with the pound-for-pound king “and shock the world again” just like when he beat a prime Oscar De La Hoya two times.
Mosley has been in Big Bear, a resort city 100 miles from Los Angeles that is 7,800 feet above sea level since early March and working his butt off morning and night.
While Mosley admits that there’s been nothing special about his training regimen, he is going the extra mile in preparing for what could be the defining moment of his storied 18-year career. Read Full Story
